LOOK: In observance of the celebration of EARTH DAY 2021 with a theme “Restore our Earth”, PENRO Cavite personnel commemorated the said event by doing various activities contributory in restoring the Earth.

PENRO Ronita Unlayao led the tree planting activity in the vicinity of PENRO Cavite building specifically within the Manila Bay’s Eco-Garden. Fruit bearing trees such as Guyabano, Langka and Atis were planted within the perimeter of the garden. Likewise, other employees also did their share in restoring the Earth within their homes.

This year marks the 51st anniversary of Earth Day being celebrated annually started on April 22, 1970. It is celebrated to acknowledge climate change and spread awareness about the same all around the world. This day is an opportunity to bring millions to connect and discuss problems like pollution, deforestation and more.
