On September 23, 2020, MBSCMO-Batangas of CENRO Lipa City conducted a meeting with the Provincial Mandamus Agencies of Batangas to discuss the final draft of Memorandum of Agreement re: Creating the San Juan River System Technical Working Group in the Province of Batangas in support to the Rehabilitation and Restoration of the Coastal and Marine Ecosystem of Manila Bay.

The thirteen (13) Mandamus Agencies as well as other stakeholders attended the meeting, namely: DepEd-Lipa; DepEd-Malvar; DepEd-Tanauan; DepEd-Sto. Tomas; Metro Lipa Water District; Tanauan Water District; DPWH; PNP; PCG; DILG; DA-STIARC; and representatives from the Office of the Governor; Office of City Mayor of Lipa City and Tanauan City and Office of Municipal Mayor of Malvar. Each Mandamus Agency also presented their plans, programs, and activities in support to Manila Bay Rehabilitation.
