River Rangers' cleanup and patrolling activities is one of the implementing activities of Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program. River Rangers assigned in Brgy. San Pedro, Sto. Tomas City, took an initiative to construct a watch post near the river bank for their patrolling activities including the installation of restrictive signage on Philippine Clean Water Act. Continuous clean-up and patrolling activities were being conducted by this Office headed by the Manila Bay Site/Coordinating Management Office (MBSCMO) team and the River Rangers started on August 10, 2020. Further, vegetable crops such as pechay, mustard and banana were also planted in the area.

With our own little ways, we can also help in bringing back the cleanliness of our rivers by starting within our households through proper waste disposal and composting.

Be informed further that all the precautionary measures and safety protocols re: COVID-19 threat were properly practiced and observed during the said activity.
