the Team of CENRO Lipa City headed by OIC-CENR Officer Januel R. Peras and RPS Staff duly supervised by the OIC Chief, RPS Basilia Katigbak and other EMS Staff conducted an Information Education Campaign (IEC) regarding free patent program in Barangay San Joaquin, Sto. Tomas City, Batangas represented by Brgy. Captain Nilo Sarmiento.

OIC-CENRO Peras gave a brief discussion about Residential Free Patent under R.A. No. 10023 and Agricultural Free Patent Applications. LMO II Katigbak together with Special Investigator I Sune discussed the requirements needed in processing of patent applications as well as the coverage of the lot area to be applied for.

After the coordination, they come up with the agreement of scheduling a specific day wherein residents of the Barangay can go and apply for free patent titling.

Moreover, other matters such as tree cutting permit applications were also discussed during the coordination.
