March 6, 2020 marked the last day of a 4-day [03-06 March] seminar for PENRO Cavite personnel entitled “Re-echo of PRogram to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) and other administrative concerns; orientation on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS); and workshop on the crafting of commitment and rated IPCR’s.

The orientation/workshop primarily aims to discuss the core activities under the PRIME HRM; and to equip the personnel on how to properly craft their IPCR commitment and review/rate their IPCR accomplishments in accord to approved Work and Financial Plan (WFP).
