Concerned citizen surrendered one (1) head scops owl seen outside their house last February 1, 2020 at Sitio Casapi, Brgy. Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City. Currently, the said owl is in the custody of DENR PENRO Rizal in Taytay, Rizal.
