Amidst the Taal Volcano eruption, CENRO Calaca through Park Maintenance Foreman Armando C. Hayag facilitated the release of 94 Olive Ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea) hatchlings along the shoreline of Playa Calatagan, Sta. Ana, Calatagan, witnessed by the Resort staff and guests.

The eggs were laid on November 16, 2019 and were hatched exactly 58 days after.
