Concerned Laguna women’s group will also be paid due recognition as partner in the development of the lake.

Laguna Lake, or Laguna de Bay, is one of the 29 priority areas all over the Philippines selected by the Department for the SIAD implementation.

SIAD, on the other hand, is one of the main development and management strategies adopted by DENR Secretary Lopez, which addresses the various challenges and opportunities in an area through convergence or integrated efforts among different agencies and stakeholders.
