Former Puerto Princesa City Mayor Edward Hagedorn listens attentively as Environment Secretary Gina Lopez (extreme right, standing) talks about her past projects as the chair of the ABS-CBN Foundation, one of which is the Ugong Rock in Palawan. Lopez eyes Ugong Rock as a model for other areas in the Philippines to provide livelihood for the community and its local residents.
